Located at the Westgate City Center, our Learning Center provides hands-on training and certificate programs in Medical Assisting and Dental Assisting. Students learn practical, hands-on skills in modern medical and dental labs under the supervision and guidance of experienced instructors. We serve Glendale and the West Valley metro area, including Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, and Tolleson.

Healthcare Programs Available at Carrington College Glendale Learning Center
Dental Assisting
Dental assistants assist dental hygienists and dentists with routine procedures, such as passing instruments and sterilizing equipment, and help patients feel more at ease during their visits. (1) Carrington College’s Dental Assisting program covers a well-rounded curriculum, including anatomy, physiology, and radiography; dental sealants and procedures; and front-office responsibilities and patient care. Earn your Certificate of Completion in Dental Assisting in as few as 9 months.
Medical Assisting
Medical assistants are an essential part of any healthcare team, handling both administrative and clinical responsibilities in physicians’ offices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. (2) Students in Medical Assisting receive hands-on training in both patient care and medical office procedures, including clinical procedures and professional communication skills. Earn your certificate in as few as 9 months.

Carrington Glendale Learning Center provides hands-on training in a number of medical and dental programs in Central Arizona. The Carrington College Glendale Learning Center is at the Westgate City Center, right along major bus routes, which makes getting to class really easy! Just hop off at the 95th Avenue and Coyotes Boulevard stop.

The location provides modern practical labs to support the laboratory component of coursework. With three dental assisting operatories and three medical assisting bays, the Glendale Learning Center offers plenty of hands-on space for student practice and participation.
