About Online Learning
At Carrington, we believe learning should be at the pace of the student. That’s why we offer online degree-completion programs to allow students to learn “anytime, anywhere” while continuing to work for their current employer.
Earning an associate degree in Health Studies via this online degree-completion program requires 24 to 36 semester credit hours of general education courses, depending on credits transferred. Students can complete the program in as few as 42 weeks (not including breaks).
To enroll in the Health Studies online program, students must have a certificate from an accredited institution with a minimum of 24 semester credit hours and at least a 2.0 GPA applicable to a health-related program. Once you meet the minimum requirements, all it takes to get started is unrestricted access to a computer with reliable Internet access and an email account.
