Carrington College’s BSN program prepares registered nurses to earn their bachelor’s degree fully online, at an accelerated pace.
Carrington College’s Nursing Bridge and LVN to ADN programs enable licensed vocational or licensed practical nurses (LVNs/LPNs) to advance their skills and knowledge to become registered nurses.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are entry-level positions providing basic medical care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.
Carrington College’s Associate Degree in Nursing program prepares future registered nurses to provide health care duties, including taking medical histories, recording vital signs and symptoms, performing diagnostic tests, drawing blood, and more.

Carrington College Las Vegas wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for initial accreditation of its Associate Degree Nursing Program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
You are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 2:30 pm, Wednesday March 25, 2026, in Room 206 on the Las Vegas Campus:
