Temecula Campus Physical Resources
The Temecula campus covers two floors and provides nearly 30,000 square feet of space for student learning. Located in the southwestern region of the Inland Empire, this campus serves students in the cities of Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Canyon Lake, and Sun City. The primary entrance on the main floor leads to a reception area, along with administrative offices for staff, administrative support, and student services. Multiple lecture rooms are strategically positioned throughout the building to accommodate large group instruction and computer lab activities for each program offered on campus. Additionally, there are designated lab training spaces for students in the Respiratory Therapy, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, and Pharmacy Technology programs. Medical Office Administration students benefit from a dedicated lecture space to complete their studies. Respiratory Therapy students train in a hospital simulation room specifically designed for their program.
A wet science lab is provided for Respiratory Therapy students to conduct experiments. The campus also offers a convenient break area and library learning center for students. Faculty and staff have access to a private lounge for relaxation. Classrooms are designed to replicate the professional settings students will encounter in their chosen careers, such as hospital rooms, doctors’ offices, and pharmacies. Each program is fully equipped with the essential tools and supplies to foster an interactive and engaging learning experience. For example, Medical Assisting students at the Temecula campus have access to equipment like an Autoclave, EKG Machine, and Injection Arm Trainer. Dental Assisting students practice taking x-rays using a digital imaging system, and Pharmacy Technology students work with the necessary equipment to simulate reviewing and filling prescriptions, including computers, registers, sinks, and shelves stocked with empty prescription bottles. The Respiratory Therapy program utilizes training equipment such as an adult crisis auscultation mannequin and ventilators.
