Actually it’s two tools in one. With Career Explorer, you use the slider to indicate whether you’re a ‘More Creative’ or ‘More Technical’ person, or somewhere between. Then, you can adjust another slider to indicate whether you prefer to be more ‘Hands-on,’ more ‘Behind-the-Scenes’ or maybe a little of both. As you make your adjustments, the tool shows you the different programs that may be best suited to you.
