What is it you’re looking for?

I’m lucky enough to interview many of you – Carrington students and graduates – in my work. It gives me a lot of insight into the reasons you chose your school, your program and ultimately your career.

Many of you want a career that you can be proud of when someone asks what you do for a living. Some of you are looking for a job where you can help and care for people (or animals) every day, or a career where you can make a difference in the lives of others in your community.

But in addition to those very worthy reasons, most of the students and graduates I speak with also want a solid career with good employment prospects, and a chance for advancement.
