The Bakersfield New Stine Road campus covers two floors and provides just over 30,000 square feet of space for student learning. Located in the southern San Joaquin Valley, this campus serves students in all neighboring communities between Visalia and Santa Clarita. The primary entrance on the main floor leads to a reception area, along with administrative offices for staff, administrative support, and student services. Multiple lecture rooms are strategically positioned throughout the building to accommodate large group instruction and computer lab activities for each program offered on campus. Additionally, there are designated lab training spaces for students in the Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Veterinary Assistant, and Pharmacy Technology programs. Medical Office Administration students benefit from dedicated lecture space to complete their studies. The campus also offers a convenient break area and library learning center for students. Faculty and staff have access to a private lounge for relaxation.
Classrooms are designed to replicate the professional environments students will encounter in their careers, such as hospital rooms, doctors’ offices, and pharmacies. Each program is fully equipped with the essential tools and supplies to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. For example, Medical Assisting students at the Bakersfield campus have access to equipment like an Autoclave, EKG Machine, and Injection Arm Trainer. Dental Assisting students practice taking x-rays using a digital imaging system, while Pharmacy Technology students utilize the necessary equipment to simulate reviewing and filling prescriptions, including computers, registers, sinks, and shelves stocked with empty prescription bottles. The Respiratory Therapy program features training equipment like an adult crisis auscultation mannequin and ventilators, and diagnostic medical sonography students practice conducting ultrasounds using fully equipped exam tables with ultrasound machines, probes, and other critical tools.

Several lecture rooms are strategically positioned throughout the building to accommodate large group instruction and computer lab activities for the Vocational Nursing program. Additionally, the campus features a simulation room and skills lab specifically for Vocational Nursing students. Students also have access to a library and learning resource center, as well as a student lounge for breaks. Faculty and staff can enjoy a private lounge for relaxation.
The simulation room and skills lab are designed to replicate the professional environments students will encounter in their career. The Vocational Nursing program is fully equipped with the essential tools and supplies to create an interactive and engaging learning experience. For example, the skills room for the Vocational Nursing students is equipped with six gurneys and midfidelity mannequins.
