Spreading Holiday Cheer: Carrington College Campuses Embrace Community Service

The holiday season is a time for joy, reflection, and most importantly, giving back to the communities that support us. At Carrington College, our campuses celebrated the spirit of the season by engaging in various community activities, involving students, faculty, and staff in acts of kindness and support for local non-profit organizations. Here are just a few heartwarming examples of the positive impact Carrington College had on communities during the holidays.

In December 2023, the Carrington College Mesa campus went above and beyond to spread holiday joy by hosting an Angel Tree for children with incarcerated parents. The campus united to provide gifts and support for these young individuals, bringing smiles and warmth to their faces during a challenging time. It’s heartening to see our community extend its care beyond the campus borders and into the lives of those who need it most.

The Carrington College Albuquerque campus hosted a “diaper drive” for the Junior League of Albuquerque, a philanthropic women’s organization that supports the community by helping women and children who need it most. Everyone from students, to staff, to faculty participated in the event over the Christmas holiday. Several campus leaders have been longstanding advocates for the organization, whose Mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.
