Going back to school

/ Student / Medical Assisting

I have been working in the medical field for over 20 years; but without having a degree or certificate, I have always felt I was missing something. I had been wanting to go back to school but the time never seemed right as I’m a single mother and I wasn’t sure how I would fit that into my schedule. A few months ago I visited a few colleges; one being Carrington. After meeting with my enrollment services representative and taking a tour of the campus I knew that this is the place I needed to be. I’m now in my 3rd week of the Medical Assisting program and know without a doubt that this is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’m able to go to school in the evening and care for my son during the day. The instructors are incredible and such a wealth of knowledge. I know that Carrington will provide me with the knowledge and skills to be successful in this field. I’m very thankful for this opportunity!
