Helen Fairchild is an educator by nature, and after years working in the field she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join the Carrington Flock!
“I love Carrington’s commitment to excellence in academic quality and how the focus is on care for students and colleagues,” she said.
Before coming to Carrington College in 2007, Fairchild worked as a primary chairside assistant and clinical practice manager. She also served as site visitor and subject matter expert for the Dental Board of California for educational programs seeking Board approval.
Fairchild’s favorite part about working with students is to see them succeed. “It’s rewarding to see the transformation our students make and how proud they are of their learning accomplishments,” she said.
Students can expect qualified instructors to help them learn. “We have instructors who care about the student’s success and are committed to supporting them through the entire process – from the course work through graduation and employment,” she said.
When Fairchild isn’t working with students you might find her in the kitchen. “I love to cook – especially barbeque! I’ve competed in two competitions in the last year and won first place,” she said.
