Vice President of Accreditation and Professional Regulation
Dr. Danika Bowen joined the Carrington Flock because she believes deeply in the power of a high-quality education. “Education can unlock doors and transform the lives of our students,” she said.
Dr. Bowen has been with Carrington since 2011. She has taught at the high school, associate, bachelor and master’s levels throughout her 19 years in education. She feels grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the lives of her students and empower them to achieve their educational goals.
When Dr. Bowen isn’t working to help students, she spends her time with her husband of 18 years, and their three daughters: Rylee (16), Kate (14) and Taylin (8). She enjoys running, swimming and hiking with her friends and family. The family also has three golden retrievers that keep life more than a little interesting and busy.
Dr. Bowen has this advice to share with students. “Believe in yourself, be diligent with your studies, communicate with your instructor and magic will happen. Today is the first day of your new adventure.”
