Fred's goal is to help his students succeed in the Vocational Nursing program at Carrington College California. He feels by teaching his students, he could positively affect more patients. He said his students want to jump in and do it all and it’s not hard to plant a seed when they want to do better. When Fred teaches his students, he knows his students want each other to succeed. Fred is rewarded when his students learn the material and make it in the real world.
