wandering lost

February 17, 2012

I have been a roofer most of my life. I came to Portland to take care of my dying Dad. I am 43, and not wanting to be a roofer anymore. I talked to Carrington, and enrolled. The staff have all been very knowledgeable and helpful. The career councelor, Jayda Klingerman has been very helpful since I have graduated, and even though I have not found a job, she continues to send job leads, and even a direct phone call on potential job leads. She has also helped me greatly by teaching me how to e-mail resumes, and other computer work I am not good at. I have always had a passion for animals, and Carrington has helped me realize a dream.
