I was very nervous about starting school after 8 years of not being in school and how I would be able to juggle my “wifely/motherly” duties and go to school. The teachers here understand that. They know that life happens and are willing to help you thru it. Im not saying that its easy, but it is rewarding. I feel like I really can apply what I am learning in class with things in the real “job” world. They have been spacing out the materials so its not just cramming everything into my brain. They also use real job situations that they have actually experienced to teach; which helps put what we learn into perspective. Its not just cut and dry, its been a learning experience that’s being taught by nurses who have been thru it.
