Military Tuition Assistance (TA)
Military Tuition Assistance is a program provided by the military to help subsidize the cost of tuition for soldiers that are currently serving on active duty. Military TA is available to students actively serving in all branches of the military in an active or reserve status.
Special Tuition rates may be available; participation varies by campus and state.
Select Certificate and Associate Degree programs offered at Carrington College and Carrington College California are approved for Veterans Educational Benefits.
Carrington College and Carrington College California are participants in the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program, also referred to as the Yellow Ribbon Program. What is this? The Yellow Ribbon program is a voluntary agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs and Carrington College and Carrington College California to provide additional tuition and fee funding for eligible students whose tuition and fees exceed the maximum amounts payable.

Veterans Retraining Assistance program (VRAP)
President Obama signed Public Law 112-56, the VOW to Hire Heroes Act of 2011, which includes the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP) for unemployed Veterans. To participate in this program, a veteran must pursue training in a high-demand occupation on a full-time basis. A list of occupations can be found online at www.benefits.va.gov/VOW.
Veterans must submit their application by October 1, 2013. Eligibility varies by campus location.
