“Since children’s dental health month began in 1981, it has helped millions of people understand the importance of oral health. Carrington is proud to donate our facilities and time in order to help to continue educating and helping children,” said Natalie Vanoli, dental hygiene instructor at Carrington College California San Jose. “Most people have no idea that appropriate dental care is crucial to their overall health. This is a perfect opportunity for us to treat current conditions and teach children about proper oral care.”
Sponsored by the American Dental Association, national children’s dental health month is designed to raise awareness about the importance of oral health. The program brings together thousands of dedicated dental professionals, health care providers and others to promote the benefits of good oral health to children, adults, caregivers and teachers. Parents must accompany children. Appointment can be made by calling 408-960-0181.
