Courtney Payton says Carrington College’s care culture is what brought her to the Carrington Flock. “I love making a difference in the lives of our students,” she said.
Payton has been with Carrington since 2010. She says her favorite part about being an educator is “seeing that a-ha moment when the students realize they can change someone’s life.”
Carrington College students can expect their instructors to be caring and compassionate people who care about them and their success. “Our qualified instructors are passionate about helping students succeed,” she said.
Don’t be surprised if you see Payton on campus and catch her humming a tune. “I have a song for everything. If you’re talking it’s a song in my head,” she said.
When she isn’t helping her students, you’ll find Payton scrapbooking or reading. She’s also a HUGE Disney fan!
Payton says students should “stay committed, even if you get off course a bit. The journey isn’t always smooth, but it’s absolutely worth it.”
